Workplace Violence Hearings, Testimony before Hazard Abatement Board, June 2003
 

The New York State Hazard Abatement Board held three days of hearings about the need for a workplace violence standard to protect employees of state and local government agencies in New York State. Unions that provided testimony at the hearings have made the text of their statements available to NYCOSH for posting on the internet. Below is that testimony.
